America’s greatest past time is upon us — brackets.
What is it?
It is time for America’s favorite March idyll — bracket pick ‘em. And for what seems like the elebentieth straight year, I’m hosting one.
As usual (because I’m lazy), the Pick’ Em this year is on Yahoo! Sports and uses progressive scoring, which weighs later round picks heavier than early rounds.
It keeps the game more interesting because a bad first round or two won’t necessarily doom you later down the road. There is also a small bonus for picking upsets, especially in the earlier rounds.
Here is the complete scoring:

What do you do?
Why, it’s easy — if you’ve previously played in our pool, you’ll be automatically emailed a link.
If not, then we’ve go you covered: Here’s the group invitation ID (Participants can log in with Yahoo or Google credentials.) Just click the fancy box below.
It’s a public group, so anyone can join (and send invites to others), no password required. The more the merrier! And, indeed, I invite you to do so.
What do you win?
The pride of your ancestors, an end to your children being bullied at school, the randy adoration of your sexual interests, a verbal cudgel with which to wield against all others, and buyers’ remorse.
And I’ll throw something in from the Gump Box too!
Good luck and Roll Your Team of Preference
